Hightide the ghost ship!

If you’ve been in a boat sailing the Atlantic Ocean for long enough you’ll hear stories of all kinds of beasts. From mysterious creatures to crazy sailors there always a good story for stomy wether. But there’s one story that’s passed around only in the worst of storms. The story tells of a ship that only shows up in the worst of squalls lightning reflects off of its gleaming white hull its bright red tower gleaming in low light. Sailors tell of it lifting sinking ships out of the water bracing smaller vessels against crushing waves. Most sailors brush the story off as a myth another tall tail of the sea. But those who have seen it who have been pulled from Mother Natures grasp from certain doom they all carry a small bone in there pockets for the dog who kept them company on the strange ship that saved them.

I want emotional support animals to be a thing on Cybertron. We already have Servo, who is some kind of service dog, so why not emotional support animals? I want Bumblebee to have some sort of emotional support animal because that guy's been through some sh!t.

I had this dream

And it was the weirdest and most fluffiest dream I've ever had.

Chase just came back from patrol, and he was exhausted. He went over to the couch (which was Cybertronian sized 'cause the town pitched in to make it) and saw Blades on the right hand side watching TV, Heatwave in the middle watching with him, and Boulder curled up on Heatwave's left side reading a book.

On the floor of the right hand side, Blurr was sitting on High Tide's lap as the older told story after story to Blurr. Blurr's optics occasionally glimmered with interest or closed slowly only to be jerked back up. Quickshadow was also watching the TV on the floor under Heatwave, the firetruck hooked his legs around Quickshadow's neck, and the femme was drumming a beat onto his legs. Salvage was sitting on the left hand side also watching the TV.

Chase trudged in the middle of Blades and Heatwave and plopped onto the empty space, immediately going to lay his head on Blades lap while Heatwave took Chase's legs and laid them in him lap, massaging them gently. Blades lowered the volume.

"You okay, Chase?" Blades asked, petting his helm.

Chase purred in response, a sign that meant 'I'm fine, just tired'.

Heatwave looked around and saw that the rest of the team was also asleep or almost asleep. Salvage was asleep leaning against the couch, and so was Quickshadow. Boulder and Chase were also asleep. Heatwave could see Blades was tired and Blurr was trying to keep his optics open so he could hear the rest of the story.

Servo ran up to Blurr and High Tide and jumped onto Blurr's lap, spinning around and falling asleep then and there. High Tide then adjusted his hold on Blurr and closed his optics.

High Tide's EM field surrounded Blurr and the young mech finally succumbed to sleep. Blades was leaning against the arm rest fast asleep. Heatwave wrapped his left arm around Boulder and laid his helm on Boulder's then closed his eyes and let the sleep come.
